Job Title: Senior Asbestos Surveyor/Project Manager Job Reference: 193 Location: Leigh on Sea, Essex (candidates must be in a 60 mile radius) Job Type: Permanent & Full time The package will include:- 1. £30,000 annual salary minimum 2. Potential to develop and grow within the company Job Outline We are looking for a Senior Asbestos Surveyor/Project Manager The typical qualifications we are looking for are P402 (essential) and preferable a P405; and other P certs a bonus particularly P403 & P404. S301 and CCP would also be a preference but not essential. Face Fit tests; medical and any other qualifications will be considered as training is provided. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years experience covering a range of sectors in the asbestos industry due to the diversity of our business, as most of the works will not be the normal industry tasks the candidate must be willing to learn new things on a daily basis. Candidates must be willing to travel as our works is nationwide. Clean full UK driving license essential and not under the age of 25 years due to company insurance restrictions. Candidates must be extremely professional; confident and well presented as they will be meeting and interacting with all types of cliental including VIPs.
